Wow, it's amazing at how easily you get winded when you
miss out on exercising! I missed a total of 1 week because of my gallbladder
cleanse, cleaning up Christmas, and man Jillian really kicked my trash today.
Feeling good that I accomplished something hard today!

Spent most of the day playing in the snow with Kenzie and
Maddie! We built a Pirate Snowgirl that the girls named Courtney Bell Rainbow
Sparkley! It's a very unique name, can you guess who named the first part, and
who named the second part? It was a fun day, and it was so good to spend time
with my girls. I need to do that more often.

You know those stray hairs that grow randomly in weird
places on your face, neck, chin? Well I hate them with a passion!!! I always
look for them, and then one day when i'm not even looking for them I find 2 or

Last night I told the girls that they could sleep in
their sleeping bags out in the living room only if they would go right to sleep
since it was so late. I threw out a few threats telling them what would happen
if they didn't listen. I went into my room and watched some netflix, and the
girls were good and went right to bed. Then I heard laughing about 40 min. into
the movie. I called out to the living room to be quiet and go to bed. Then
it happened a couple more times. I called out again. Then I got up and walked
out to the living room to see what was going on. The girls were obedient girls
and had gone to bed like I told them too, it was just maddie laughing in her
sleep. It was cute, but kind of creepy! LOL When I asked her if she remembered
what she dreamed about this morning she couldn't remember.
Mmmmm beet soup! Not...it's so gross. At least I know i'm
making at least one person proud, and that is Dwight Schrute! LOL

I really wish my little maddie would start feeling
better! She has been sick since Sunday. Fever, cough, body aches. She looks
better than she did on Sunday. She still aches a little, not coughing as much,
still has a slight fever. Looks like she is going to miss another day of
school.

Leave it to my daughter to wear a Halloween shirt on
Valentine's day, what a nut! That's Madisynn for you. =) Happy love day!!! Have

Today I helped out in Madisynn's class for her valentine's
party. I was helping the kids make valentine's cards. In the first group of
kids one of the boys asks me what was wrong with my voice. I knew what he was
talking about, and I started to feel self conscious. I asked him if I sounded
sick. He said no. I had to tell him it was because I have a lower voice. I have
always worried about the sound of my voice, I always wonder if I sound manly.
Kids are so innocent, I know he was just curious, but now I really feel self
conscious. Do I have a manly voice? Do I sound funny when I talk?

Went and got my blood drawn again today. I was so nervous
because of what happened last week. I didn't want to pass out again. I told the
person drawing my blood that I was nervous and told her about what happened
last week. She asked me if I would like to lye down while she drew my blood. I
was like yes please! She was awesome kept my mind off of everything, and had me
in and out within a couple of minutes. One step closer to finding out how
healthy I am. I should get results in a week or two. Hopefully sooner!

Just got home from Maddie's eye appointment. Her vision
went from 20/50 to 20/40! She is improving, totally awesome!

Love that McKenzie says that she wants to be healthy! She
says that she can be healthy by eating good food, and exercising like me. Makes
me happy that my example is starting to rub off in a good way. She did jillian
michaels killer buns and thighs with me, yes the whole thing. What a trooper,
and she did awesome! Love my kenzie girl!

Fun day today! Both Kenzie and maddie had friends over
today for most of the day. They had so much fun! I need to let them do that
more often. My kiddos are so deprived. Maddie lost her first tooth today,
Crazy! My baby is no longer a baby! =( What a big girl. She is so excited for
the tooth fairy to come and visit her. I'm so tired, but trying to decide if I
should finish cleaning house before going to bed. Decisions, Decisions....

So mad, someone stole my package from Amazon. It was a
couple of books nothing major, but still I feel violated. The tracking number
said it was delivered on Friday at 1:05. I was crossing, and matt was getting
the girls. The post office said they knocked and there was no answer, so then
they either try to fit it in the mailbox, or find somewhere out of site. I'm
sure they rubber banded onto the mailbox like the last package i received. We
were lucky nobody stole that one.

emailed 1 picture from the girls birthday and deleted the rest of the birthday
pictures. I spent the whole day trying to make it a special day for them, and
keep record of it. We weren't able to recover them. =(

So I have been getting board with the workouts I have

I love kickboxing! So much fun!
Just need to vent: So Matt was involved in a car accident
last Saturday. He was rear ended, not his fault. Light turned yellow, so he
slowed and came to a stop like you should do. He had been at a complete stop for
about 5 seconds when the lady rear ended him. Matt was ok, he instantly got out
of the car before she could drive off. He didn't want a repeat of the last
accident he was in a few years ago where the person cut him off, made him
swerve and loose control of the vehicle to wear it rolled 3 times down a hill.
That person didn't even stop to see if he was ok. So going back to him getting
out of the car and going up to the lady to talk with her. He gets to her window
she is on the phone. Matt asks her if she was calling the police, she nods her
head. Matt's bumper was about to fall off. The towing hitch was broken off.
Matt wasn't sure if there was any frame damage. Luckily the lady had insurance,
and we wouldn't be paying to get it fixed. The lady was rude, didn't even ask
matt if he was ok, or say she was sorry. Nothing. She didn't even talk to him.
We both think that she was either talking on her phone or texting. We took the
car in yesterday to get it fixed. Matt got a rental car. I was fine, we didn't
have to pay out of pocket. The car would be fixed, life would go on. Well today
right before going to my crossing USAA calls and says that the car had too much
damage, and so it was considered totaled. We would be receiving $3000 in our
account. I'm glad the car was payed off, but i'm ticked because now we have to
go find another car. I hate car shopping, it gives me major anxiety. I don't
want to go into debt for another car. We were almost out of debt with our other
car. We get the rental car for another week for free. That is nice. I don't
want to rush into anything. I do not want to go and buy another car tomorrow.
I'm fine with looking. We do have 1 vehicle, and we can survive with just one
for a little while. It will be inconvenient, but it's doable. Yes i'm furious,
and want to say some not very nice things to this lady. I won't because i'm not
like that. I'm glad matt is ok, that's what matters most! So if you know anyone
selling a car, or a good place to go let me know.

Had a wonderful nap! It was long overdue. woke up checked
my email and saw that Psych season 6 is now on netflix. Super excited!!!! I
love that show!
I have a lot of dear ones in my life that are suffering
from some sort of medical issue. They are suffering, and I feel so bad for
them. I count my blessings, i'm glad that I am healthy.

I see so many people around me struggling financially.
What a scary stressful situation to be in. I'm so very thankful that we are
doing okay financially. I'm thankful that we have always had food to put on the
table. I'm thankful that we have always been able to pay our bills. I'm
thankful that we have been able to have the money to take care of major
repairs. We have been blessed, and I'm so very thankful!

Today I'm thankful for cars. I'm thankful that we have a car. I really don't think I could have handled living in the pioneer times. Horse and buggy, or walking everywhere. Having to put major planning into a trip into town, or further away. I'm thankful that I can just get into my car and leave when I want, go where I want. I'm thankful that the car has heat and air conditioning, and other accessories to make it comfortable. I'm especially thankful today to have a car because Matt and I are going on a date to the Temple. We are blessed that we can drive 20 minutes to get there!

Day 8
Today I'm thankful for instruction manuals. I was trying to fold the seats down in my van. I was on the right track, but couldn't get those blasted seats to fold forward. I went to my handy instruction manual in the glove compartment and looked it up. Yep I was on the right track, just wasn't pulling the strap in the back bottom of the seat hard enough. Anyways thank you instruction manual you saved me from having to wake up the hubby to ask him to do it for me! Also it feels great to know that I figured it out and did it by myself!

Really Really don't want to go do my crossing this
afternoon. On that note her is day 9 thanks.
I'm thankful to have a nice warm snow suit (my dad's old pair good for memories) I'm thankful for a nice warm coat to cross in. I'm thankful for the warm gloves, hat, and boots as well. I'm thankful to have all of these things to keep me warm and dry. It definitely makes for a better crossing!

Today I'm thankful for babies/children. Today I got to go to my cousin's baby blessing for her son. He is such a cutie! I love the sweet innocence of children! I'm thankful to have that reminder each day with my own kids, my friends kids, my families kids, my primary kids. It makes me feel so good inside when kids want to be around me because they like me. =)

Tuesday I had a not so fun experience, and didn't want to
post about it, but it goes with my day of thanks today. So Tuesday was our
family dentist appointment. It was at 6 p.m. The girls had gymnastics that day
as well. Gym gets done at 5:30. We had to hurry back home to make our
appointment. Matt went before us to secure our spot, and let them know that we
were on our way. So I'm driving not recklessly or negligently.
I get to the dental clinic, i'm in the left hand turn lane. Nobody is coming so I slow down to about 10 mph to turn into the entrance. All of a sudden I run over something. It freaked me out. I pulled into my parking space that wasn't to far away. I get out to see what I ran over. It was a median divider. You know the dividers that make it so you have to turn right only, but it makes it difficult to turn left into it. That divider was as high as a sidewalk curb, but had no curvy edge to it. When I saw what I had hit, I got sick to my stomach. I was driving our new van.
I go back to the van to see if anything was damaged. I couldn't see anything. I had matt check it out when he got done with his cleaning. He said he couldn't see anything. I was hoping everything was fine still, and that I would have no issues on the way home. I pull out onto 8400 west get up to about 40 mph, and then a light comes on on the dash. I hear this grinding. I slow down, and it stops. I turn into an empty parking lot to check things out. I couldn't see anything. So I pull out and I turn onto 3500 south, and get up to 40 mph again. The same thing happens. I pull into another parking lot to check things out. I see nothing.
I call matt, I start to drive slower the rest of the way home. I told him that I didn't see any kind of sign, or reflector indicating that there was a barrier. It was dark, I couldn't see anything. Anyways I didn't hear the sound again, but when I got home a few minutes later I had Matt take it out to see if he could see anything, or hear anything. He comes back in a few minutes later, and says the tire is out of alignment, and is bulged. I was a wreck the rest of the night. Just sick to my stomach, feeling stupid, angry at myself, anxious, panicky. Not good feelings.
So after my crossing yesterday morning I text my good friend who is starting to do energy work. I told her what happened, and how I was feeling. I asked her what does my body or my energy need me to do to feel better. It was about an hour or so before I heard back from her. This is what she told me: Let go of the trauma, forgive yourself, live in the energy of joy. I raised your overall vibration from 2 to 10. Deep breaths, release the negative energy of the experience into the universe. Be grateful for your angels that help and support you. After reading her text I took deep breaths for a few minutes, and thought about what she said. She asked me if I felt a little lighter. I did feel lighter.
So here is my 15th day of thanks:
I'm thankful to have a friend who does energy work, who can help me feel better. I'm thankful to have those guardian angels around me. I know that the incident with the van could have been much worse, I could have hit someone, or rolled the van. I'm thankful that I can forgive myself. I'm thankful that I can take deep breaths and release that negative energy. I'm thankful that the van is fixed, and well again. I'm thankful for my sweet husband that took care of everything for me. I'm thankful that I'm alive!

I'm thankful that they have another job for me to do, and that it will make up for the money we had to spend on fixing the van. Thank you law of attraction, I said I wanted to make some extra money, and it's on it's way!

Today I'm thankful for cute stylish clothes. Today I was feeling low about myself. Didn't want to get ready for the day, but knew I had to. I was rummaging through my closet, and in the back I found some cute stylish jackets that I haven't worn yet. I forgot I had them. I tried them on, looked in the mirror, and really liked how they looked on me! It was a nice pick me up!

Today I'm thankful for breaks. The kids are out of school the rest of the week for the Thanksgiving holiday. Wahoo! I'm so excited for this break, it's definitely needed!

A few weeks ago we had a family gathering at Matt's
Sister's house. They just got a piano. While they were finishing up with some
food items I played their piano. It has been way too long since I have really
played the piano. I really want a piano! I took piano for about 5 years. I am
rusty, and want to brush up on my skills. Does anyone know of anybody that is
selling one for a killer deal?

Day 21 of thanks:
Today I'm thankful for therapy. I'm thankful for every therapy that can make you feel better. I'm thankful for therapists that can listen, and give you advice. I'm thankful for physical therapists that can help your body heal. Matt is going through physical therapy for his back. It's been going well! I'm thankful for energy therapy. My friend who is becoming certified in energy work, has been working with me. Today I had another session with her. It was an awesome session, with lot's of tears. I feel better, tired, and drained, but way better than what I have been feeling. If you are at all interested in doing a session with her live or on the phone let me know and I will give you info. She is amazing!

Today I wasn't feeling to great. I'm thankful that it was
a day where I could lounge around and do absolutely nothing! Sometimes we need
a day like that.

Wow, I haven't been that sick in a long time. Yesterday
totally kicked my butt. I hate the stomach bug, fevers, body aches, and chills.
I'm so thankful that I was able to get substitutes to cover my crossings
yesterday. I could barely even stand. I'm thankful that I have very obedient
kids. They got ready for school, and got breakfast for themselves. I'm thankful
that they wanted to take care of their mommy. I'm thankful for Matt, who
listened to me whine, who massaged the aches, and took care of the kids. I'm
thankful that I feel a whole lot better today!

Got whacked in the face from my garbage can lid. Son of
nutcracker that hurt so bad! Stupid wind. On a brighter note saw the hobbit
with my hubby. We really liked it, it was good. Can't wait for the next one!

begins. I'm so ready! Just want to relax and enjoy my family. I want to snuggle
in a blanket, sip hot cocoa, watch Christmas movies galore, and read.

Super annoyed that our WiFi is not working. Have been on
the line for a half hr waiting for a representative. I need WiFi so I can
connect to netflix so I can watch my Christmas movies. Grrrr

Just spent the last hour pushing my kids on their sleds

Nothing like playing the farming game until 1:30 in the
morning. Sheesh the game lasted about 7 hrs. Lot's of fun playing with my
family!
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I want a dog. My
Brother Chris and his family are in town and we got to spend some time with
them. They just got a chocolate chiuaua back in October. They brought him with
them. He is so adorable, cute little puppy! We all fell in love with him
instantly. Would love to have one exactly like him!
