Wow another year gone! I'm looking forward to this year. The best thing about a new year is new years resolutions. I love goal setting and achieving them. I think that is what really gets me through January. January always seems to be such a blah depressing month for me. Luckily this year I have my list of goals waiting for me to help me through the year.
Here is my list of goals in no particular order:
1. Exercise 4-5 times a week
2. Learn lot's of Yoga, and pilates routines/moves
3. Get to bed before 11 p.m.
4. Practice the piano 20 minutes a day 4-5 days a week
5. Read at least 1 book a month
6. Blog at least once a week
7. Meaningful/thoughtful personal prayer morning and night
8. Take some time to myself each day
9. Have meaningful conversations with my kids, and Matt
10. Think before I react. No yelling
11. Eat healthier. Make healthier choices
12. Be more positive
13. Get up every hr. and do something active for 5-10 minutes everyday
14. Start photo albums and complete by Christmas
15. Go to the Temple at least once a month
16. Date my husband
17. Have sex more often
18. Make a budget and keep it
19. Call family members at least every other week, or spend some time with those that live near me.
20. Say No, and speak up. My opinion matters.
21. Unplug from electronics at least once a month
22. Get rid of 15-20 lbs of my body weight.
23, Take my time with homeschool
24. Plan my school lessons better
25. Take my church calling more seriously
I think this list will keep me pretty busy. Here's to a new year, Cheers!
