So the last couple of weeks have been really fun for me! I love to read, and it's been so long since I have been able to read anything. You know mind wandering, worries, and other things going on. Well I know that you all are probably sick to death of hearing about twilight, but I loved reading them so much that I wanted to read them with Matt. So I read them out loud to him. It was fun to see what his thoughts were of what he thought was going to happen, and his reactions when things did happen that he didn't expect!!! Now we both can't wait for the movie to come out to the big screen. I think it will be good! Anyways we have read a few books together, but now we want to keep it up and read a lot more together. It's nice to be able to use your imagination, when you read. We have been big TV junkies, and I'm tired of it. It was a nice change to read and learn. I still love t.v. and movies though don't get me wrong! So we want to read the Lion the witch and the wardrobe series together, The Work and the Glory series together, Leventhumps series, I guess the list could go on and on! So if you have any suggestions of some good books to read please let me know. Thanks =)

I read the Twilight books to Heath aloud too. He really enjoyed all of my diferent "voices". I still haven't read the last book to him...
I usually read to Tom when we are driving, of course now that I have books on my IPod we just listen together. It is a nice break from watching TV. I pulled out old favorites from high school, elementary, etc. Some he had never heard of and we had a good time reading them and seeing why I still love some of them. Try "Beauty", it's a beauty and the beast one that is really good. Even your girls will love it.
I'm glad you could have fun reading together. The first book I read to Zane was Eragon and then we read Eldest, from the Inheritance Cycle. The third bood comes out on the 20th of this month and I'm excited to read it to him. If you like fantasy books you'll really love these. It's about a boy that finds a dragon egg and becomes a rider. The last of his kind, they are really really good! Happy reading
